Plus there’s much more nutrients in home grown food so long as it’s grown without chemical sprays!! Permaculture and no dig are the future of growing food!

Good video, good content, thank you !
I would add one BIG thing. If I understood correctly, you said that cereal use a lot of water. Which is true. Many other videos on other channels compare the amount of water needed to grow cereal to feed humans with the amount of water needed to raise cattle (including the cereal needed to feed the cattle) and then feed humans. Clearly eating cereal uses less soil and less water than eating meat. Do you have a solution, other than eating cereal or meat ?
Also, thanks for mentioning the possibility of growing some of your own food. I grow all my vegetables and berries (for 12 months), plus one more time the same amount (which I then give to a food bank I can go to on foot). This way there is no waste at all.

Soil erosion is big concern because unless soil get flooding or enough rain once a year most likely it erode and baren not grow

A nice video, but I very much missed the information about the impact of MEAT and DAIRY... It's good to organise foods in the fridge, but, sincerely, reducing meat and dairy or switching to plant-based will serve the planet (and the people's health) much, much more...

Nice one team! As we say in New Zealand 'iwi te kupu, nui te korero' (small the talk, big the words) - big ups for packing so much great information/inspiration into such a clear, concise format!

We have a shelf in the fridge only for items that need to be eaten first. When you want to eat you check that shelf first!

Good tips for the most part but No. 1 tip oddly left out (and for most people it is easy and simple): go vegan if you are not already.

Sorry, but it's totally disingenuous to describe almond milk as wasteful without mentioning the waste involved making cow milk!

I find it very strange that this video is about food sustainability but yet you don’t talk about going vegan, when animal products are the most harmful to our planet ?
