Alien X's power level is basically infinite as it is indestructible and can literally do anything just by thinking of it. Goku actually has to do stuff to get thongs done.
It's because the Ultimate function probably wouldn't even work for him. The Ultimate function creates a simulation of the species in a constant warzone for a million years and then modifies the real alien's DNA to match what the simulated species had to evolve into. Even if the Omnitrix could create a simulation of a warzone that could actually be a threat to Celestialsapiens, it's almost certain that the lifespan of a Celestialsapien is far longer than a million years and thus they wouldn't substantially evolve in that timeframe.
I genuinely love how dragon ball fans really think Goku can beat Alien X. Not only can alien X just rewind time to where Goku was a kid and just straight up kill him, or Alien X could just blink and Goku would be gone. Edit: To all the people that think Super shenron and zeno can beat Alien X you're dead wrong. Alien X is omnipotent while Shenron and Zeno is not, search it up.
The reason why people think Goku can beat Alien X is all because Goku beat Hit’s Time Skip Even though Time Skip and Time Manipulation are two different things
I am a fan of Dragon Ball and Ben 10, however it is absurd to believe that Goku beat Alien X. Maybe Goku beat Clockwork if he doesn't use his ability to manipulate time, however Alien X is everything and much more

alien x is omnipotent meaning he has infinite power. Goku has to actually do things while ben is bending reality with just a thought. Also,ben can't die because of the failsafes of his watch and he doesn't have to transform to survive goku because of the failsafes.

Well he shakes the whole void realm, which is like infinite size, just by fighting with jiren. Void realm is a special place, where deity like gods of destruction could fight, if they fought in the normal universe their universe could be destroyed.

A celestial sapien can perform one action per 3 thoughts (motion, second, carried) A celestial sapien can erase the multiverse in six thoughts (the writers confirmed that this is not a joke) 6/3 is two Alien X, a celestial sapien, can erase Goku, along with half the multiverse, in one move. Ben wins.
