Ms.Lake seems like such a kind woman. She literally comforted and sang to a child while she fell into an eternal rest. Now when people stay there, she sings to people will they sleep.
When Kat’s back got touched I immediately thought maybe she was trying to make Kat stand straight? Like the lady was a teacher in the older times right? And she was big on etiquette? Posture could be a big thing for her perhaps
When Kat started crying, it made sense. A lot of the time our body won't know how to handle the energy we just received so we react by crying or sometimes even laughing, ya know? I've felt what I believe she's feeling before and there's genuinely no way to stop the tears, it's just your body's reaction to such intense energy.
Yeah I love how no one's talking about this more there more making it funny and i find alot of there things are funny but like I don't think what happend to her was I feel the same was about what you said
I've had a few paranormal experiences, some I've sought out, and my initial reaction is to tear up even if I'm happy and excited. It's really so intense and strange to experience, I can't even begin to explain how it feels
Yeah, I've gone to places with TONS of energy w friends, the feelings are so overwhelming that I've done nothing but hysterically laugh; There was one time a group of friends and i, just recently, went to the Biltmore. There was one moment I was laughing and the next sobbing, there were so many sickening feelings going on inside me I couldn't handle it. Pretty damn sure I may be haunted-

I think it's interesting that the girls, especially Kat, felt a lot of cold like symptoms (freezing, shaking, dizziness, shortness of breath) when the little girl that passed in miss lakes arms died of pneumonia.

i love sam & colby because they are friends with faze rug and cause they are silly fun and they brighten my day even knowing its scares me when they do scary vids but they are so fun
Ms. Lake seems like such an amazing woman. I know people find it creepy her singing people to sleep and tucking them in at night but honestly thats super sweet - Like a mother would do for her young children. I find it super comforting. That hotel is so beautiful 😍 I know this is an old video, but I'm sorry you guys got robbed! I'd be super upset and angry and it would honestly ruin my night so i am glad you guys managed to pull through and do the investigation. Props to all of you for that. Thieves are such lowlifes. ❤
When they were talking about being robbed and said “everything is replaceable”, it reminded me of the video Colby had made and when he talked about his journal, he was really upset from loosing it, so props to Colby for keeping a smile on his face and still having fun despite loosing everything he had with him and his journal.

I think Kat has some sort of medium capabilities. When she started crying without warning, I believe that was her feeling someone else’s emotions. She could be a spiritual empath, which is also why she might feel pressure in her head when around spirits.
38:25 someone definitely sat in the chair to try to talk to them, then she moved past them (the cold breeze everyone felt at 40:38) to go get the letter from the book that fell at 41:16. I feel maybe that was Lilly because of the way the book fell, like a kid was reaching for it trying to drag it off the ledge. Miss Lake may have also been in the room in that corner with those other noises, maybe preparing tea or something for Lilly because she was sick? That part's kind of a stretch but out of all the Sam and Colby haunted videos I feel like that particular seance had the most correlation between the different events. Regardless that was some crazy evidence and an awesome video :)
Possibly could’ve been a vibration from his voice going through the bed mattress springs. I’ve heard that happen before. Especially because it mimicked him.
It really shows how dedicated Sam and colby are to their fans because even though they got robbed they acted like it was nothing and carried on with the video
At the beginning when Katrina was touched on the back, I feel like Ms.Lake would feel kinda bad for making her cry and surprisingly her. It’s almost like those times when your teacher would come up next to you and put their hand on your shoulder without you knowing. I doubt Ms.Lake meant any harm there

I started watching them about a week ago, the Washoe Club. It took me 3 days to get through it, then I was flying through them like I was eating popcorn. I couldn't swim and had nothing to do, so I just clicked onto it, liked it, and I've watched a ton since.

She sang to one of her students as the student died? That's so sweet and so, so tragic. To make a child feel comforted like that as they pass away is something I will forever think is beautifully sad. At least Lilly passed peacefully. Ms. Lake sounded like she was a wonderful person.

When kat felt a pressure on her lower back and they were like talking about it I love how colby was reassuring her that miss Mary lake was a nice lady and that she would act like a teacher and that yk she wouldnt shove anybody, him reassuring her that everything was okay and that if she was able to continue, since sam and Kat were together for such a long period of time colby and Kat just had a sibling bond/friendship thing and i love that, I'm definitely gonna miss it
The book falling is such solide evidence. You can literally see it slowly get pushed and then fall. Ik that Colby tried saying it was on the edge cause they messed with it but in a shot earlier you can see that it was way further back on top of the green book, when the lamp moved.

The reason kat felt sad after being touched is probably because she was surprised by miss lake touching her and miss lake thought she was scared of her so she was sad and gave her emotion to kat.
You can literally see the book slowly moving off the edge of the dresser!! Watch right above Colby head at 41:08 and you can see the book slowly come into view and fall..a breeze wouldn't make a book fall
Kay lol I just wanna put my opinions out there rq 1. When Kat read out the poem then started to feel waves of sadness may have been caused by Mrs Lake being unable to read (some people believe ghosts are unable to read as it wouldn't be a necessity) so when Kat read out the poem Mrs Lake heard it and felt emotional then passed it through to Kat (somehow) (I've read somewhere ghosts are able to feel other peoples emotions around them also affecting on how they interact with the person depending on their emotions. Also they might be able to communicate through emotions so that would explain it) 2. When Kat felt the hand on her back it most likely could've been Mrs Lake due to multiple reasons such as: Mrs Lake could've been proud of her reading skills so she gave her a pat on the back, Kat might've been slouching so Mrs Lake was fixing her posture or in the moment Kat most likely would've been feeling anxious/shocked so Mrs Lake could've been reassuring her. (linked with my emotions theory) 3. When you guys thought you saw the chair move if it did it was probably Mrs Lake sitting down to watch/supervise you guys because she was a principal so she might've thought you guys were her students. 4. Mrs Lake was a principal so swearing and making a ruckus in her office would've disturbed her and made her angry at you (if you are aware of a certain ghost at a certain place make sure to research them and go into their life before they died to get an idea of their job this could help you work out how you should act when doing something that could involve them Ir trying to communicate with them or how they were described by others to get an idea of their personality, this will most definitely help you to decide if you'd like to communicate with them or not!) 5. THE BOOK WAS DEFINITELY PUSHED!!

Isn’t it kinda weird that when sam’s girlfriend was reading the poem she got stuck on a word then she felt someone touch her back. That’s exactly what teachers do they come up to you and touch your back when they see you struggling
I have a feeling that Miss Lake wanted to hear the reading again. Since yknow- she can’t open books since she’s a ghost. I think she touched Kat’s back because she was happy or delighted that she was able to hear that note again. And I think when y’all did the seance, she just wanted to hear the note one more time, and got happy when you touched the book, like making the lights flicker. But obviously I just think that. Miss Lake must have really loved James and if the note was by James and to Miss Lake, Miss Lake must’ve been emotionally attached to the note, and would always be happy and excited to hear the note. Idk if this is correct tho.. it was just something I thought when sam started talking bout how Miss Lake would have wanted to read the note or the book.

18:47, cannot describe the noise that came from the lift. 24:14. a girls voice can be heard. 30:04, humming can be heard behind Sam. 32:48, sounded like the books behind Colby moved, like being pushed. 33:17, a knock can be heard above yous. 33:56, another knock can be heard, but this time it sounded like it came from the storage room. 38:25, a creek can be heard next to Sam on his left side. 41:16, if u look in the mirror in the top right, red eyes can be seen. 41:18, u can slowly see the white book moving a bit forward as it completely falls at 41:24. Did yous manage to get ur stuff back that got robbed from yous????
ya, you could like see it the white pages edge of the book appear, not even slowly, like the ghost casually pushed it off the table. no one else is doing it. mind blown. hahaha. dont know how these four go through this cycle every time on their adventures. btw nice whimper Sam hehehe
You can see him pulling the string with his left hand then when the book is on the floor so you see him making sure the string isn’t attached. Just go back and watch it, useless. They just lost ALL my respect.

It's actually sad to think that Mrs. Marry Lake was taking care of Lilly and held her in her arms before dying. And that Lilly's dad didn't want to take care of her, and it's like Mrs. Marry Lake was becoming Lilly's mother almost.

When Sam, Colby, Katrina and Stas are all sitting down when Colby closed the bathroom door, after Stas finished talking about how she was asking if Miss Lake wanted them in her office you can see the book was in the centre of the table and the book slowly moves then you see it on the edge then it falls. I don't know if anyone else witnessed that or it was just me.
Someone in comments said that Kat being touched on the back was Ms. Mary fixing her posture. But maybe the draft was because of Lily. You guys said Lily died of pneumonia, which could connect to Kat’s shortage of breath and the draft being received by the rest of the gang. You guys may have been receiving this draft because it the air Lily failed to receive. Another possible reason you guys got a draft was because Ms. Mary was moving around you guys and the room. She may have done that to get even more of your attention and also something to say “pay attention to class,” which connects with the book falling. Sam mentioned that she was there to educate so that theory makes a bit of sense.The temperature drop may have also been a spirit following you guys and telling you to go back into room 410. As you guys also connected, maybe Ms. Mary liked Kat the most because she looked like a school girl at the time.

38:25 someone definitely sat in the chair to try to talk to them, then she moved past them (the cold breeze everyone felt at 40:38) to go get the letter from the book that fell at 41:16. I feel maybe that was Lilly because of the way the book fell, like a kid was reaching for it trying to drag it off the ledge. Miss Lake may have also been in the room in that corner with those other noises, maybe preparing tea or something for Lilly because she was sick? That part's kind of a stretch but out of all the Sam and Colby haunted videos I feel like that particular seance had the most correlation between the different events. Regardless that was some crazy evidence and an awesome video :)

1. When Kat read out the poem then started to feel waves of sadness may have been caused by Mrs Lake being unable to read (some people believe ghosts are unable to read as it wouldn't be a necessity) so when Kat read out the poem Mrs Lake heard it and felt emotional then passed it through to Kat (somehow) (I've read somewhere ghosts are able to feel other peoples emotions around them also affecting on how they interact with the person depending on their emotions. Also they might be able to communicate through emotions so that would explain it)
2. When Kat felt the hand on her back it most likely could've been Mrs Lake due to multiple reasons such as: Mrs Lake could've been proud of her reading skills so she gave her a pat on the back, Kat might've been slouching so Mrs Lake was fixing her posture or in the moment Kat most likely would've been feeling anxious/shocked so Mrs Lake could've been reassuring her. (linked with my emotions theory)
3. When you guys thought you saw the chair move if it did it was probably Mrs Lake sitting down to watch/supervise you guys because she was a principal so she might've thought you guys were her students.
4. Mrs Lake was a principal so swearing and making a ruckus in her office would've disturbed her and made her angry at you (if you are aware of a certain ghost at a certain place make sure to research them and go into their life before they died to get an idea of their job this could help you work out how you should act when doing something that could involve them Ir trying to communicate with them or how they were described by others to get an idea of their personality, this will most definitely help you to decide if you'd like to communicate with them or not!)
