mostly it's the sunprism enchanter's ring that changes the phasing buff effect appearance into that bright celestial looking glow, some of my mtx stuff is legacy just so you know, but i think the sunprism ring is still available 😀

You're still monetizing giveaways, which is against tos. I would just be careful no reason to get in trouble over something stupid. Ik most streamers stay away from them because it's a really fine line.
yeah i havent played PoE seriously in like 3-4 months just been waiting for poe 2, in the meantime having some fun in standard being a filthy casual for a change 😀 as someone with multiple of every class lvl 100 characters and multiple mirrors, 20k hours over 10 years of play --i do what i want 💪 so what were you saying> ? ...how boring and small 😘
