I love Joan's videos and recommendations. BUT I recently heard from a dermatologist said, with the technology companies have now, the cleansers we use no longer need a toner to balance out the pH of the skin after washing them. Many many years ago, cleansers will disturb the pH value of the skin hence why we need toner but not today. AND, eye cream is just a diluted version of our moisturiser. You are spending more money to get a diluted moisturiser. Its so expensive because "our eye area is more 'delicate'". Its all marketing 🤷🏻♀️

Hey Joan, not sure if you know this but it's best to use the pimple patches BEFORE you do skincare that way you're not trapping all the products inside and causing more breakouts. Also it sticks better imo
