神奈川県伊勢原市にある大山の山頂には大山阿夫利神社が、そして中腹には大山寺があり、昔から信仰の地として多くの人々を集めてきました。見事な紅葉の頃には、神社やお寺に通じる参道は立錐の余地もないほどの賑わいになります。
【選曲♪】
この曲は即興曲４つの内で一番最初に作られましたが、ショパンの死後、遺志に反して「幻想即興曲 第４番 Op.66」として出版されました。この曲をショパンは何故公表しようとしなかったのか、今にまで残る大きな謎です。
【Location♪】
Located in Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Mt. Oyama is home to Oyama Afuri Shrine at the top of the mountain and Oyama Temple halfway up the mountain, and has been attracting many people as a place of faith since ancient times. During the beautiful autumn foliage season, the approach to the shrines and temples becomes so crowded that it is almost impossible to stand.
【About Music♪】
This was the first of the four Impromptu pieces, but after Chopin's death, it was published as "Fantaisie-Impromptu No. 4" Op. 66, contrary to his wishes. Why Chopin did not try to publish this piece remains a big mystery to this day.
