This video is our very first Pork LUMPIANG SHANGHAI recipe. This is Easy and Yummylicious version that you will love what's inside the Lumpia Wrapper. You can do this for your family and for your Negosyo recipe just the way I do.
Here are the INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo ground pork
2 pieces onion, minced
1 big head garlic, minced
1 big carrots, minced
1 piece big celey, minced
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup flour +(1 tbsp for water)
1/4 cup cornstarch
50pcs small lumpia wrapper
3 cups Vegetable oil(or any brand)
