The pilots are young, and often when they have more experience move onto “better” airlines, Ryanair tends to land at small airports, so there is less runway to land on, and they have 25 min turn arounds, so pilots are under a lot of stress. That being said, hard landings are still safe, they wouldn’t cut corners to put everyone’s safety at risk, and I’ve actually had a few (very very rare) smooth landings with them😱
