This ranking is based on 2 factors:
1. The CHARACTERS - How willing am I to read about the characters individually/ as a group
2. The SONG - How willing am I to listen to their songs
Note, I’ve listened to most of the enstars songs, but NOT read all the stories.

As a bonafide EdenP who loves them to the moon and back, i implore you to read Wonder Game as it not only sheds light to them, but also Switch (TsumuNatsu ftw). Ur gonna fucking love Ibara and Nagisa here. As a bonus point, there will be some exfine lore in here and thats always a plus (pls listen to non-permanent unit songs cuz they slap, Genuine Revelation is non negotiable as Enstars best song, totally not biased)
Conquest is good cuz its fun to see Eden have a full blown fight (also its Hiyori-focused and im a HiyoriP 😊) also u can see Ibara curse in English so thats a plus. Faith conquest absolutely slaps, i fucking love the bridge in the full song, also hiyori high note 👌
Solids starts with Jun angst and ends with Ibajun fluff so i love it. Especially once you read a little bit of Saga, u know their friendship starts off really bad and reading this event makes one cry over how much their relationship has progressed. They care for each other so much 😭
Bogie Time is a must if u want to learn to love both Ra*bits and Eden cuz their dynamic absolutely slaps and makes me laugh, theyre so funny together. Also Ibara crossdress here and hes pretty as fuck. Its just a really good story (albeit quite long as it is an tour event) where we can see Ibara being vulnerable but also screaming his head off bcs of Nagisa and Hiyori (also happened in Conquest, stressing out Ibara seems to be a must jn any Eden story apparently)
Secret Service is part of the 2nd arc in !! So i dont recommend reading it for now. But to make things exciting, it has Double Face and Eden working together, so thats nice 😊
I know u have watched the anime but i recommend reading the actual Main Story from ! Era as theres quite a lot of monologues being cut (and you know enstars LOVES their monologues)
As a HiyoriP i wish i can tell u more of his focused stories but theyre mostly untranslated 😢 (His shuffle event esp). But not to worry as the global server will get his main focused event which doesnt exist in JP server and its pretty wholesome. Also, this is from a card story but i reccommend reading his dorm room story where hes roommates with Kanata and Rinne, their dynamic is hilarious.

1+2) ALKALOID and Crazy:Bike. I can't not put them together. I just love their music, dynamics, relationships, characters, the way they talk, how they develop and and Aira it's too cute! 🥺 Also Hiiro should punch Rinne more often, as a treat ❤️
3) Double Face they they they 🖤 The first day I heard No name yet I couldn't listen no any other song for almost two days. The only song ever™ It would be nice if they had a song with a Kohaku cowboy though.
4) Knights 💙 I like the vibe they have in their songs

2) Undead was the reason why I got into this game in the first place and I am forever thankful o7. There songs are mostly bops and I adore the members :)
3) Ryusetai is honestly number 3 for the vibes alone like Chiaki is my scrimplo dimplo and I adore all of the other members :D
Other than knights I'm actually a fan of Eden.
For me all of their songs just hit me in the right spot.

I can't rank enstars unit because I just like them all. But everyone in cospro, esp Valkyrie definitely up there for me ( biased, because I have been a Shu fans before the game even split into two ), Eden songs giving me many bad memories especially with Ibara's rapp part but alas, their songs still a good song as well.

1) Valkyrie- They don't have a bad song- like not even one- which is so amazing!! :)))
2) Undead- I love majority of their songs- i also can't pick if Rei or Kaoru are my fav character i like them both-
3)Crazy:B- they never miss, and if i had the chance to put both of them in 1st place, I would bc Crazy:B has rlly good songs plus the characters r so funny and cool- especially Rinne- :DD thats all!!
Crazy:B is also my most fave and ALKALOID 2nd 💛🩵 They are the best especially Amagi bros 💕

I’ll put my top 5!
1.) Valkyrie - Mika caught my eye when I first started and then Shu grew on me as a continued playing. I love his voice sm! Plus I’m a sucker for concepts like theirs! I was really mesmerized when I first played their songs.
2.) Knights - Tsukasa!!!! I love him so much!!!! At first, I only really cared about Tsukasa and the songs they had, but then after reading their stories, they really grew on me. I sorta relate to Izumi and Ritsu.
3.) Alkaloid - I’m not religious but for Tatsumi I would pray everyday to god. Jk jk! I love him and the rest of the members so much! I relate to Aira constantly!
4.) Crazy B - At first I didn’t really like them, only their songs. But after reading the main story, I fell in love with all of them! I just can’t take the start of Crazy Roulette seriously.
5.) Ryusetai - I was really torn between placing them, Undead, or Rab*its as 5th but I really have to give it to Ryusetai. I love my Japanese idol power rangers! Plus their songs just make me feel good!

1. Switch I love them so much and they never miss, all their songs are bangers and Easter Carnival and Galaxy Destiny needs more love also just their dynamic and I love them all equally(Tsumugi a lil more but we don't talk about my hyper focus on him)
2. UNDEAD _Just rei_ that is all I love Rei and I love their music they only have one bad song but its the only one in the discography. I love Rei did I say that already? He is my gender thank you very much
3. Akatsuki bc banger music, their music is how I got into enstars and its what I am still listening to every single day bc they never missed and their songs are just straight fire. Also Kuro is a good character and deserves all the good hugs
4. Ryuseitai bc listen they have good songs but I am mainly here bc of our (quite literal) god Kanata I love Kanata that is all and Ryusei Hanabi slaps.

I stan - Nito, Natsume, Shinobu, Hiiro, Kohaku, Suou, Mika (and a lot more lol I should list my least favorite I think that's fewer than my likes)
1. knights - I love all their songs, and the dance steps. I can't find any fault to this unit
2. eden - I love all their dance step. of all units Eden have the most beautiful and cool dance steps there. It got me so hard to decide who'll I'll put first. Knights/ Eden (even my bf likes Eden lol)
3. alkaloid - I also love all their songs. I'm waiting for believe4leaves to be released in game because I can't get enough. I love how strong Mayoi's voice
4. crazy b - all their songs are bop I like it (and I like Kohaku lol) cons: I don't like their Unit uniform lol
5. 2wink - ohhh this twin I love almost all their song, I put their unit to the cute type since I'm not into super cute like Ra*bits (but I love Ni-chan)
6. trickstar - songwise....I love half of it and the other are mid for me (no hate. I love Kaji's voice, so I love Mao) but the songs were just hmmm still they're at 6 since the voice coordinatin on their unit is good it gives me the vide of real JPOP idols (since I stan Hey! Say! JUMP! I ought to compare)
7. undead - oh this half half. they're the only group who's like a rock band. that's it ( I equally love the members lol)
8. akatsuki - I love the Japanese cultural sound they provide on their music, it's like comforting / relaxing to me
9. ryuseitai - aside from Trickstar this unit demonstrate songs that I can say is sung by JPOP Idol (comparing to the JPOP Idols that I follow) and I love `Nekketsu ryusei ninpouchou` (shinobu is soooo cute)
10. fine - I'm just not a fan of their style. I like Ayumu's voice but his voice as Tori just didn't sit with me (sorry :< ) but I have my favorite like Fortissimo of Flutter
11. valkyrie - same with `fine` I'm not a fan with the style but I love Mika. I also have a favorite song from their unit
12. switch - totally not my cup of tea (still I love Sakasaki lol) but I do love the collab with Eden `Majestic Magic` and I like Brilliant Smile
13. ra*bits - I totally not into this though my love for Ni-chan is over the place but their songs and how feminine Shinonon just don't sit with me
14. mam - Sorry Mama, music style also not my cup of tea :<

1. XXVeil - I love everything, I love the song, the members, the location and the story. (Ni-chan is so cool
anyway, my top 3 units;
1- Switch
it started off as me going head over heel for natsume's voice. then i found out he has the same seiyuu as my favourite character in genshin! then my love for natsume grew. then i started enstars anime and fell in love with tsumugi. still haven't get into sora that well but he's cute so the story can wait hahahaha. discography wise, i only love 1/3 of their songs (not just love. the add into spotify's favourite song playlist kind of love). i always had a lot of fun doing switch's beatmap!! it's as magical as their concept
2- Knight
knight is a very very strong unit. i was izumiP when i just started the game. then i wentt arashi. then tsukasa. bcs each one of them have solid charismatic aura. and don't get me started on their discography??? BOPS
3- Undead
tbh i don't have one undead song that i like LOL but their group's concept is amazing. undead also has a special place in my heart bcs i started playing enstars after watching rei's vid on tiktok. started off enstars as rei and kaoruP (and still are!!). i do think if undead wasn't the reason i started enstars, i would rank them lower hahahaha sorry not sorry
4- Ryuseitai
another unit that i really love all the members. at first their concept seems .... goofy to me? but suisei halation changed my life trajectory. ever since i heard suisei halation, i started to DIG IN more into ryuseitai.
5- Alkaloid
as someone who started enstars with music and not basic, the first unit i was introduced to was alkaloid. hiiro is just so so so so likeable. i can also sympathise with mayoi's social anxiety and aira's insecurities. also their songs UGH THEY ARE SO GOOD????
6- Valkyrie
valk's concept is one of the most interesting out of all units tbh. they indeed dod not have a bad songs, at least not from the ones i have listened to. but they are bcs... somehow too overrated for me to enjoy. i see their contents everywhere, so my timeline has no balance with other units sjskjsksj still an amazing duo!
7- Akatsuki (at one point all of their songs sounds the same but it still bops. top 5 in term of discography)
8- 2wink (2 balls of sunshine i will protect at any cost. also i love their singing!)
9- Fine (definitely top 5 in terms of discography)
10- Crazy:B (i don't know much about them, yet.)
11- Ra*bits (aside fallin' love= it's wonderland, i'm not into their sogs and concept. but they do need to be protected at all cost)
12- Trickstar
13- Eden (top 5 in terms of discography but i can't get into nagisa and ibara. idk why but they ticked me off 😭 maybe if i get to know their story, they would not look as annoying to me)

1. Ra*bits, all of their songs are adorable, bubbly and such bangers, im a big Ra*bits p and since Wonderland mitsuru is coming in eng, im doing everything it takes to get him.
2. Switch, Sora is adorable and i love every song of Switch, in eng i have every sora 5 star and ans 2 sora 4 stars, a natsume 5 star and tsumugi 4 star!
3. Crazy:B, i stan Rinne everyday and Be The Party Bee and Crazy Roulette are my favorites.
4.2wink, they have good bangers too! Hinata is honestly just like me.
5. Valkyrie, Such bangers in every song, i dont think theres not one song in Valkyrie that isnt! and same as ya
6. ALKALOID, distorted heart, living on the edge and i forgot wings are amazing songs! i love them alot!
7.Ryuseitai, Comet Halation and unrivaled meteor ranger and unlimited power are my favorites! and i like the concept of how similar they are to the power rangers!
8. Eden, they be a litte goofy but fate conquest and Dance In the Apocalypse are great songs! ibara violated my child Hajime though 😡😡
9.Trickstar, i do like trickstar! in the Anime they guide Anzu and become her friend on the first day of school so i like how kind and nice they are! i like rebellion star and BREAKTHROUGH!
10. Double Face, i like Eye and Stippling they are good songs!
11. AKATSUKI, their songs arent bad but i just dont really like them as much.
12.UNDEAD, its not bad and u kinda like the songs but same as Knights, i dont get the hype.

chara wise I love UNDEAD and Crazy:B. Alkaloid and Knights got a special place in my heart. Songs wise well also UNDEAD and Crazy:B HAHAHA + Switch! I like their genre in general so 95% of their songs appeal to me :3c Knights and Eden some close runner ups too!

1- Valkyrie, no thoughts, only ShuMika, I love them and all of their songs to an unhealthy degree
2- I literally can’t choose so second place goes to Fine, Knights, Switch, and Ryuseitai. They can share. They all deserve 2nd.
3- Eden.
4- Everyone else

My least fav is Knights, not just because I don't like Ritsu's hairstyle (the same for Kanata, Souma, Tsumugi and Rei), but it also because Voice of Sword exists, still their other songs are great, especially Coruscate Breeze and Fight for Judge

I'm an alkaloidP and airaP and I don't understand the hate at all, like I saw a someone posting a tweet calling aira racist or smth because of mainly 2 thing
1. in the main story where aira and hirro met adonis, they called him racist because aira got spooked at adonis and aira just quoted what hirro said about hirro meeting a suspicious man and the fact that aira is a fan of undead but didn't recognize him immediatly like koga from earlier
2. when hirro was trying to kill a chicken and aira stopped him saying he was acting weird and op mentioned that to hirro it was normal because that was how he was raised
like I can somewhat see what they were trying to say on the second one but still that is not valid excuse to call aira racist
