Affliction is never allowed to be broken unless you pull off the Wong/Mystique/Hazmat/Odin play. -1 or -2 is never able to keep up with the sheer ability of all other cards to gain power. It's the cards played around him that make utilize him to become overpowered. Collector and Morbius. Hell my turn 6 is usually Modok then Activate Hell Cow and Bullseye, so I know how powerful it can be. That said, the card's ability itself is not broken. I just question the devs allowing Swarm to be counted since it's 0 cost is technically a card ability and can be turned back to 2 with Mobius M. Mobius.
