Acceptance is a beautiful thing ❤️. CFS Is fear (of course more complex, but essentially). Thank you for this, brilliant

I never tire of watching the two of talking about Movement. I had to wait my whole lifetime to find a routine of movement that progressed me and didn’t cause me to fatigue and become inconsistent with it 🙏
Thank God you are out there teaching what you teach 🙏

I've never been afraid of movement just of healthcare providers who did not understand it's use in cases/stages of ME CFS.

What about using D Ribose to help with energy since it helps with the production of
ATP? if ATP is low because of insufficient Ribose production then how can one exercise effectively? I had to drag the bathroom hamper out to the kitchen today and I was pretty much done for the day besides grabbing a couple of snacks.

Hello, I’ve gone through the history of your videos looking for one that might talk about symptoms but was not able to find anything.. would it be possible do do an update on the type of symptoms that fall under this condition? I’m pretty sure I have CFS following covid infection but just trying to convince myself I guess if that makes sense. Anyway love your Chanel and content

Had the same, long Covid clinic recommended taking one long acting anti histamine every night for at least two weeks then every other night until feel better as it calms down the cykoteine storm (inflammation) I personally feel CFS is very similar to mitochondria disease, which the NHS recommends treating with Ubiquinol (more absorbable version of Co enzyme Q10), I can personally vouch for it being amazing. Also the more you exercise, the more mitochondria you make - so the more energy you have. 💜
