My biggest hurdle is getting those first few lines of code going. Idk why, just always been difficult. What I find myself doing is following a clone tutorial on TH-cam to help me get flowing. It’s a lot easier for me after that.
TryAstro! I’ve actually been using the free version of Astro for a little while but since I just graduated and don’t have a lot of money to spend on tools for what is hopefully soon not just a hobby. An annual subscription would help a ton in improving my ASO and getting my first apps discovered!

I never registered trademark, don't think it make sense to do that in MVP stage but depends on product. for end users agreement you can and I recommend to use Apple provided agreement. Privacy policy is your own

I have purchased the AppStore publisher license to try pushing me to start doing something and even found an app I am using that is lacking some features that I and some other people want and it seems it is not going on a different direction so maybe there is space in the market for it.
