Nagaland is a land of diversity, we have more than 16 tribes and each tribe have their own dialect: Common dialect is nagamese; mixture of Assamese Bengali and Hindi: Official language is English.
Surprisingly no one has expressed displeasure over a Naga (mildly drunk) who literally "begged" for singara / 10-20 rupees from a youtuber/tourist which is not Naga traditional welcome. It has entered into his "first impression" TH-cam list.
I'm gonna be honest, people weren't as welcoming as I'd expect them to be, had you met me, I'd have been a great guide to you, but I'm glad it went well. Do visit again brother.
Nagaland comprising of 25 tribes... Each tribes have their own dialects... That drunk guy was from sumi naga... The communication language is nagamese which is broken assamese
You dont need to take Assamese language as your father tongue .i request all nagas to kick out Assamese language from thier state and try to fine one native naga language as their mother tongue and teach it in all school of Nagaland .
We khasi also we have 7 tribes and they have defferent defferent language . But we put only one khasi language to teach in all school in khasi hills and jaintia hills .if these 7 khasi tribes meet any time anywhere somewhere so they can understand one another by speaking that one khasi language teaching in the school and in the churches.
@@thetalltrotter the reason behind this is people of naga hills have no other option to communicate with their native tribes...either it should be English, hindi Or nagamese...
@@bahdengpyngrope1323 when did they take assamese as their mother tongue bruh? Illiterate and arrogant people like you should understand that there is a difference between assamese and Nagamese. We don't have this mentality of people like you, 'kicking' someone or their language out.
