I’m a bit like you in a sense that I am sceptical but open to it. The reason I am open to it, and sometimes goes through let’s say spikes in interest with this sort of stuff is the people that I have met who are really well rounded and level headed, however are convinced they have experienced some kind of paranormal. I mean you don’t see any hint of doubt. It’s really interesting
Very well said. I am interested in the delight of being scared and what drives it. The paranormal community have been the most awesome people to chat with and be around. I need to spend time with the likes of the Quija Brothers or Ghosts on trent as I trust their motives, and yet, they still believe they have seen and experienced so much, despite their willingness to rule out with rational explanations.
@ exactly, I think an open mind is the best way. As you say it’s good to try and rule things out through ways that can be explained first, and only entertain the idea of potential paranormal if explanations can’t be found and have to be ruled out. It’s what makes the difference on this sort of platform. So many just jump to paranormal because they hear a click or something in a house.
@pollyhunt2395 I enjoy the coincidence of the gadgets, but the emf is impossible to isolate to even form a pattern for even that! Thanks so much and although the channel is primarily an outdoors one, we will certainly do more Skeptic/believer camps. 👍
I know knowlton very well. Druids do rituals there…I have never felt anything, I find it a happy place.I’m open minded.. the sound you heard was a magpie.
I leaved in a building in bedford for around 3 years and everyone felt like someone is watching them whilst they sleep and this building used to be a for the old

I have done quite a few solo vigils there and always found it quite peaceful. What IR camera are you using?
@mervtaylor Love the site, deserves, respect and protection 🙏
For the main camera, a Canon XA60.
@JaylarkOutdoors Thank you, yes the site is a beautiful place.

@haydenmason733 Tell me more, did you live there while it was in use by the elderly? Or after?
Skepiticactular
@terryturney4879 I'm always a fan of a new word. Why should Oxford have the monopoly 😄
