- Anxious Disease is the first and only album by the rock band The Outpatience, released in 1996 in Japan. The album feature several guest appearances, most notably from Guns N' Roses members, with whom West Arkeen co-wrote several songs in 1985.

Ironic that at the time, Axl & Slash no longer spoke to each other.
West managed to get them to collaborate together (unbeknownst to them) by giving us (maybe unknowingly) this last miracle, before flying off to heaven...

It’s actually crazy that in all the Guns member’s solo and other projects, West Arkeen’s sounds the most similar to the OG Guns trademark sound.

I know the comments are over 2 years old but TH-cam has a way of things coming back. G'Damn drugs. So many great talents wasted. Wes, Janis, Morrison, Hendrix, Cobain, Shannon Hoon, some left their mark in a short time others left us thinking 'what could have been.' Even GNR wasted so many years with Axl trying to get his sh*t together. Chinese Democracy is a damn fine album. Is it '15 years worth the wait good?" Maybe not but Axl set himself up for negative criticism by taking so long to finally release it.
Chinese is Axl’s best project 🤷🏻♂️ it would’ve been way better if he just released it in 01 or whatever. A lot of those demos are way better than what we got but I digress. It’s still a beautiful album and surpasses anything GnR did before it imo.

I think arkeens death hit axl rose very hard.. he almost looked up to him as a older brother...roses previous 20 years would of been very different if West hadn't of died GRT shame and loss to rock n roll....🙏🤘🤘🤘

Why is it the Japanese get the good stuff? Oh that's right. They are not a bunch of fickle fans and who love their Rock and Fucking Roll! This is a group of incredible musicians creating some pretty damn good music. Even Axle does a good job. Shame it was so fleeting.

Ladies and Gentlemen may I present the a very jealous little utuber. Axl was the only Singer to ever give everything in live performances and in turn damaged his voice. Still the greatest frontman of all times.
