I'm no animation expert like this guy is but i'd say just try duplicating frames so the animation gets stretched out more or if you have an animation track that allows you to squatch or stretch the length of the frames then you can use that to adjust the speed of the animation. It can also depend on how much is changing between animation that affects the speed of motion occurring. Maybe look into the 12 principles of animation focusing on the principle of timing as this is likely what you're after. Anyway wishing you luck!

Honesty, real life pros and cons. the road map to making your dreams on the screen! Recurring revenue, passive income. This is how you support yourself doing art! In any other field that's how you get rich, but art is unique.
That's exactly what I'm doing in my bedroom right now. I have everything I need: high-end PC, L-Shaped desk for my wide screen curved and display monitors, all-in-one wide format printer, reference books as well as the necessary software. I'm always adding to my room as time goes on.

This is what I plan on doing
I'm a recent dropout from SCAD due to financial inability to keep up and as of now, I'm looking into colleges in my own state and online courses. Not to mention I want to find a way to establish a studio without spending too much money and it's very relieving that it's actually possible to establish one in my own bedroom.
Its really good to have virtual and online work but when ever i had bigger scale work, one roof option is also good because people have real time sharing and discussion.

Hi, can i get into the animation industry without Adobe softwares or other professional paid softwares? I'm not from the US or UK so they are very expensive and I can only use free softwares.

People don't realize how great the Work from Home model is...A 2D digital animator has a lot more freedom in this field cus a good enough system, internet, and a tablet is all you need. It's a bit more complicated when it comes to a 3D animator and the rest of the CG & VFX industry.
I want to start a multimedia company. I know what content I want to produce but I am at a loss of where to find good people to outsource my work to. I am not an artist, so most of what I create will need to be hired out. I am currently utilizing the Fiverr platform to seek out the people I need. There are pages of freelancers there but it is difficult to ¹filter out who is capable and ²communicate my ideas with them especially with the time differences and not being able to talk face-to-face to discuss a singular idea before moving on with the gig. What is the best method to get started with finding and hiring people to help you make content? It's going on two weeks now and I'm still in the hiring phase.Theres got to be a better way. I've watched several videos and channels on who you need to build a dream team. But the *where* has got me flummoxed.

Gotta keep a track of your incoming and outgoing expenses for the tax man.
But luckily I don't have to pay VAT (20%) for animators working outside the EU

You might want to read up on how these things work for your state, but yes I believe an LLC would likely be the best one for you to start.

What are the legal aspects involved in virtual studio?
For me I run it as an LLC, and pay my taxes just like everyone else. It's pretty simple really but you want to look into hiring an accountant / financial advisor to help you get set up.
