It's probably too late but I'm in your base killing your dudes is actually a Starcraft reference for when a player is in the opponents base killing workers.
Pravus playing as a cartel actually rolled out more civilian initiatives and built up the national economy better than most of him playing other scenarios. Poetic. Praise Gimli!
Hi, I'm glad to see that you liked my mod. If you are interested in seeing more content, in a different type of universe, I also created another scenario called "Campo di grano". I'm sure you'll like it too. A good day to you ! Edit : You did fine without the intel :) In fact, I intentionally removed the intel in order to create a balance in the start-of-game bonus that gives you access to the entire region. In this way, given the additional means that you have thanks to exports, you are "encouraged" to try to hold as much territory as possible so as not to have to rediscover them again, because without the appropriate initiatives to do it faster, that adds another difficulty. I don't know if I'm being very clear, but so far it's seemed balanced enough not to be boring in the gameplay. I hope those who watched the video also enjoyed it! Edit 2 : Cocaine exports create inflation. Corruption is also much higher given the state the player controls. That's why I preferred not to add more to these export decisions. Edit 3 : Indeed, everything is not very clear. In particular for hospitals or the operation of exports. For my next mod, if there is one, I'll try to do something much clearer :) Edit 4 : I don't know how to create random income, to simulate export income unfortunately :/ Edit 5 : Indeed perhaps the feelings of corruption / inflation penalties are not felt enough. After the game was done on normal, I'm afraid it would be much too difficult on mega brutal if I increased this data. Thanks again for the video and especially for your opinion on what should be improved and what is good. This information is more than welcome and it is a real pleasure to receive it from you. For my part, I spent an extraordinary moment in front of your video, good continuation ! :)
You are extremely underrated kind of sad how for you to grow you need to play very trendy games, but I like your niche pick of strategy games. It's a honest brake from everyone playing minecraft, keep it up!
i looked up the "im in your base bro" meme and got a 11 year old video from gamespot that was just a recap on the meme from starcraft, which means it's even older than that. dude are you like 50?
With the way this is going the cartel may need to hire a high school chemistry teacher and a chemestry flunky, maybe a chicken restaurant owner whose restaurant when translated from Spanish means the chicken brothers
The Drug Specialists. Expensive (which is no trouble to the cartel) and takes a long time to deploy, as the specialists must first learn how to make coke because they only have experience with making crystal meth. They pay themselves back over time because of their previous customers who they are still connected with, introducing the cartel to a larger market.
Pravus I want to give you my tactics first if you not sure about camp placement and want to take it quick attack insurgents first and they most likely flee to where is the camp because ınsurgents proggrammed to flee another insurgents for example whne you attack and win they will flee ınsurgent controlled lans or other insurgents or camps this is really usefull it helped me alot on mega brutal second is about putting them in corner again insurgents most likely flee to areas there is insurgent so you need protect soldiers back they dont wanna flee that land (without split and run tactic) so you can cover them with less soldiers (pin this pls)

Me: "Sees the Short and Long extensions both costing $3"
Reaction: "Yes, Cartel War is perfectly balanced scenario with no exploits"
It's -$3

Praise Gimli!
But he kinda got a crap tonna money in the beginning from the cocaine export which he mostly spent on civ initiatives
fun fact, you weren't spending 3$ to extend... you were being paid 3$ to extend.
Wait why
@@polasamierwahsh421 no clue, but it said the cost is "$-3"
I was going to say that is sorta normal indication of it taking money in this game, but then I looked and yea, he was earning money when he did it
I've played this scenario, it does in fact pay you $3 to extend a deployment. I always use short extensions for that reason.
The Mercs were simply crazy, they just wanted to kill THAT badly

They put sleeper cells in this Game so they can spawn in unsafe Regions in small numbers If these have 4 Regions or less

second is about putting them in corner again insurgents most likely flee to areas there is insurgent so you need protect soldiers back they dont wanna flee that land (without split and run tactic) so you can cover them with less soldiers (pin this pls)
