    hi! i'm trying to make about just this same animated backgroung, but instead of sprinkles i'll be using a transparent png, and i also need it to go diagonally down right. i tried to follow this and just replacing the sprinkles layer with the png but it is not seamlessly looping 😭 any help?

      This is old, but if someones having the same issue and reads this thread. I solved it by following the steps in the "creating the background" part and using the background (sprinkles layer) as my main layer (i was making a moving valetines day thing to be placed on top of a pre existing information screen, so it needed to be transparent) and then exporting it in quicktime with rgb+alpha. There are tutorials on how to set that in the render queue. Then i had to put the file into premiere to be able to export it into a mp4 file which was ass but it worked!

    This looping background doesn't seem to work when I try to plug it into another AfterEffects project. What am I missing?

    My video doesn't loop continuously
    You didn't show in the video how the loop motion would continue

  • @SpookyInBed
    @SpookyInBed 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Well I did the exact timing of the loops and things and it loops for me hella fast, like on crack

    Does anyone know what would cause my layer to disappear when applying offset? I'm not using solids, I'm using images
