Yeah actually. I never got to play those games. Sadly they've hitten a similar fate. I hope a resurgence happens, but at this point it's copium at best.
@@jolenecoda I've had enough copium for now, I want that sweet, sweet dopamine that only VF can deliver. Sega mentioned that VF6 is being considered but want to make it more "dramatic" without messing around with the core gameplay too much (they directly compared VF to Street Fighter) which ain't going to be easy as VF is rooted in realism. No meters please and no pauses in gameplay to show of moves and animations (it reminds of pro wrestling when a wrestler is just waiting for the other wrestler to do their move), learn from DOA6, they implemented this meter bs and the gameplay is worst off because of it.
its weird they never made a port to pc (steam), also hopefully the series will come back like jet set radio. if the game keeps the "realism" and uses the dragon engine from yakuza and brings ichiban or kiryu, we have a game.

DOA is the closest comparison to VF, same 3 button layout and DOA5 had even some VF characters in it

It's so wild that you can't play on pc. I have booted up Yakuza to show the game to friends and such. Like come oooon
