    FPJ is 1:1/3 or 1/2... To use soon or 1:1 to supersaturate, shelf ready for a few years.
    FFJ with fruit is 1:1.3-1.4 with a sugar cap to regulate moisture. Water is not used to properly ferment FPJ or FFJ.

    Can I use any fruits like crab apple (abundant in our area) rather than papaya which is expensive and rear in our area or how about almost rotten watermelon, oranges?

    • @wolvexxxx
      @wolvexxxx 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Of course, you can change the fruits used, but be aware that the nutrients in your FFJ will vary. itsjustgin uses bananas to basically extract its potassium and phosphorus, papaya to extract its folates, magnesium, copper, fiber and all its vitamins, and pumpkin to more of the same. My advice is to google the nutrients your plants need and choose the fruits accessible to you according to the nutrients your plants need. In summary, your plants will need a higher contribution of nitrogen in the growth phase, which are usually largely supplied by potatoes and the sugar used for FFJ (remember to use the same weight of sugar as the fruits / vegetables used). In the flowering phase, formation and development of the fruit, they will need a greater contribution of phosphorus and potassium for them to gain weight, so you should look for fruits rich in these minerals, bananas are usually great participants in this task, but they are not the only ones. Coffee grounds, melon and watermelon are also rich in these minerals (however, it is better to google and search for food by nutrient as I mentioned before). Regarding the use of rotten vegetables or fruits, as long as their mold is white there is no problem, but if it is black, discard it, we are no longer interested. Finally, regarding the use of oranges and acidic fruits, reduce them to the maximum or eliminate them completely, their juices will increase the acidity of the mixture and that will be transferred to your fertilizer, if your plants like acidic media, that's fine, but if not , you will end up killing them. I hope I have helped.

    What other fruits can you use ? Watermelon ? Is it okay to use blender for the fruits so they're a lot smaller ? Why use so much sugar ? Whats the benefit of sugar for the plants ? Is it okay to spray this on orchids that have finished their blooming season ? So many questions ✌

      It's best to pick fruits that contain high levels of phosphorus when you're using for transition from plants to go into flower or use fruits that are high in calcium for midflower.. or use fruits higher in potassium for late flower fertilizer.
      The goal in Korean natural farming is using the right input at the right time of the plants cycle.

    Wait, so what's it taste like? :^0
    TH-cam suggested this video in a search on brewing and fractional freezing banana brandy, and I didn't read the description first. This seemed rather starchy, but is similar to making rice wine (sake) so I waited through it. Add sake yeast balls and an airlock, and that might... be absolutely friggin awful tasting! What would squash wine taste like?
    (nice video for its purpose)

    mali yan. dapat walang tubig yung asukal mo. actually the ewan ko ba't gumagamit ng molasses mga framers dito for ffj/fpj libre ata sa probinsya yun. pero originally sugar dapat. yung osmotic pressure from the sugar will draw out the juice from the fruit. dito lang gumagamit ng molasses kasi ayaw gumastos mga farmer dito. lahat ng iba pure sugar gamit. walang tubig.
