at windows it - at least for me - runs on port 3000, not 8000. Even though after docker-composer up runs it suggested 8000 .... but with all that said, it worx like a charm (on that 3000). ;-)

it is good idea to use docker for any project can access internet, when something went wrong you just need to wipe that docker file and build new
