I happened upon your shorts this evening. First, I have to say you are exceptionally talented and you also create content that is fun and interesting to watch.
Your “shorts,” while playful, exhibit your immense talent and are a great way to express (especially to young female viewers) that no one is “perfect” and being “imperfect” is beautiful!
It is so mind blowing to see the transformations you’ve created and brings an awareness to how wrong society’s idealized “perfection” is.
This absurd notion of “perfection” creates pressure- especially on young/impressionable individuals. Attempting to achieve the impossible is causing a generation full of perceived expectations of beauty when they’re already “perfect” just the way they are.
Thank you for doing what you do! Please keep spreading your profound message and explaining how the “perfect” face is actually not perfect at all.
Your beautiful work and examples are proof that so many people need to see to help them gain a healthy acceptance of themselves and their own unique, true, and “perfectly imperfect,” beauty ✨💓

Do you just visualize that some select colours would work best on a subject or do you freestyle it and make your colour selections on the fly ?

Oh my god. This is gorgeous. Thank u Julia. I really wanna thank u. I used to be a good painter but my studies got too hard so I had to stop conventional painting. But you keep inspiring me to do things I love to. So I draw. Even if I don't sleep I draw. It's an amazing thing. It makes me feel so good when the results come out good.

Love the drawing and im really taking up some advice for colouring hair and skintone in combination with shadows. The only thing about the drawing i saw is that you forgot to color the other glass of the sunglasses dark as well. Is this something you did on purpose?
