That’s not his office…. The only office Kyle has access to is the dispatcher room that happens to also be the mayors office that’s it. Like nothing else is his and has been told he just has the mayor office which is also the dispatch office in bcso and that’s it. So no he’s not using his offices he’s using the bcso meeting room his office is in the back. They can just trespass pred they don’t know it but they can. They can’t limit him from using his office, but if he’s not using his small room or signing in they can tell him to leave.
