Good effect. I never activate the subtitles because the translator doesn't usually do a good job, but I have noticed that in his videos the translation is understandable. Maybe it's because of his quiet way of talking? I don't know, but I'll try to remember to activate them. Thank you very much, as always, for your help. Regards : ^ )

Thanks MAK9 Marcos!! I add a (hard copy) subtitle file, to make the English subs. Maybe TH-cam uses this instead of the spoken text. I have heard before that they are fairly good, so that is why I pinned the comment. Thanks again for your comment and kind words! 😃 Best regards, Jan.

waterpixels is not to be found in gimp 2.8 lol i got gimp 2.10.2 tonight.

Hi Jackie 😄, you've been busy... haha. But you are right, this tut is made with a newer version of Gimp (2.10.2) and the previous ones did not have the waterpixel filter. Sorry about that. Maybe upgrade your version in the future...? 😏

Wow, a great effect. Love the water pixel. Might experiment by doing some detailed distortions on the lights and shadows before running through the next step. Cartoon effect works awesome on the last result.
