They sing about a blacksmith who returned to an abandoned smithy deep in the woods and one morning woke up all animals with hammering. The animals who haven't heard any hammering since the blacksmith left his forge were upset and gathered around his hut but soon they found out that the young man who had left to roam as an apprentice found a girl, came back home and now is forging perhaps the rings to prepare for the soon wedding
