Hi, 1st remove the car seat by pressing the red button on the back of the seat then simply place the front facing seat in the front or rear facing position by making sure the blue buttons click in on both sides of the seat.

How do you keep the seatbelt/safety straps in place once you've adjusted them to the proper setting?
