Liquid blue is Always official. Most of those shirts are "unofficial" shirts that were made by fans and sold in the parking lots. Very unique and creative and just as sought after. Grateful Dead always the best artwork

The way he would've got the shirts has been seen on Tucker Uppers channel. He's shown a number of times he scores from a dumpster of a shirt manufacturer local to him that supplies concert venues. I'm guessing that is how this dude scored them. Dead stock.. stuff that didnt sell sent back to manufacturer.

I honestly don't think you truly understand the following this band had. Its not about the ice cream brand that is for sure. It was a way of life for families that lived with the band/followed around every single city they played in. You know how traveling circuses had all the exhibits/shows/sideshows. That is what the Grateful Dead had, Artists mainly but so much more. Everything you needed from mushrooms to feed your head, incense oils, hair artists, silkscreen artists, leather artists, jewelry, silversmiths, etc... ANY AND EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED WOULD BE SET UP OUTSIDE OF THEIR CONCERTS AND BECAUSE OF THISTHEY HAD PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND SENT AHEAD THE GROUPS OF ARTISTS TO SCOUT OUT AREA'S TO SET UP CAMP FOR EVERYONE. THUS THE MAGICAL T-SHIRTS AND OTHER MEMORABILLA YOU CAN OFTEN FIND IN OBSCURE PLACES.
