The Gospel: Ezra-Nehemiah

The book of Ezra-Nehemiah reminds us of God’s ability to restore even the most broken situations. As the Israelites return to the promised land, they return as still captive people who had broken their covenant with God. But God had not broken their covenant with them. As they settle into the land, they seek to discern how they can be more faithful to God than their ancestors.
