    She is awesome, she has changed my life and health. We threw olive oil out and now eat peanut and sesame oil. Thank you! Food industry is horrible and thanks to Rujita we are eating better! Sending thanks from USA

    What she's telling is absolutely right.....but d prblm is jo pehle milta tha vo ab nahi mil Raha hai....hamare Nani dadi jo khate the vo unadulterated tha aur ab jo mil Raha hai vo completely adulterated hai....chahe vo ghee ho ya milk or any fruits and vegetables dat v have to include in our diet according to rujutha divekar......all these companies who r trying to make only profit nd not thinking abt Indias health they need to change there practices

      I see lot of Eujuta's videos and talks. Who will not love to hear that we can eat our traditional food. But my question is does she advice the same diet plan like eat breakfast, eat lunch roti sabzi, wholesome meal in the evening and dal chawal in the night to even her clients who.she caheges heavily or is there any hidden diet plan that she gves to her clients and mis- leading us by saying eat traditional.
