      @SHIVARASA I absolutely loved the breath work meditations on your channel. They made me realize how important breathing correctly can change my face, posture, and overall assisting in the area of stress management. Also, the meditations of envisioning meeting my future self were incredible. Loving the future means I must also love myself in the present.

    The mindfulness meditation book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels is pretty good. It helped me a lot.

    Love it Shiv !!! just having a little difficulty going passed the 5,6 point, up to the 8 count breathing in thru the nose.? would mouth inhale be ok ? Any tips

      Thank you so much! You can hold the breath on the inhale once you can no longer inhale. anymore. If you don’t prefer that, You can also inhale through the mouth. Hope that helps!💖🙏🏽
