The most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born. Leaders are, in fact, made. It is against this backdrop that we, at HPS, have undertaken to implement a special leadership program titled L.E.A.D.E.R- an acronym for Learn.Excel.Act.Discover.Empower.Reflect.
20+ age and grade appropriate modules that are a combination of lectures, interactive sessions, hands on workshops and 50+ activities that will enable our students to explore what it means to be a leader-a brilliant initiative to mould ethical, empathetic individuals who go out into the world as potential global leaders who lead, serve and soar for to soar is the destiny of every eagle.
