I'm surprised that you are suggesting adding text to the main image. I've had Amazon reject images they think have text on them. I've had to get help with their help desk since I sell greeting cards and there is text on the actual cards that the "robot" sees as text added to the image.

How do you find your most converting times of a certain day?
you can check your order history when you recieve more orders on a certain period of time
