Once, in high school, I was half asleep and I kept feeling my hair tickle my shoulder... Tried to ignore it and fall asleep, but the tickling just wouldn't go away... So I opened my eyes and there was a goddamn cave cricket about an inch away from my face. I screamed so loud, my mom thought I was being murdered and ran into my room, only to find me maniacally crushing this cave cricket over and over again with my boot. It just wouldn't die. I was so freaked out. Didn't get much sleep that night... Long hair problems.
I used to have hair as long as Lilly's, but I cut 20 cm of it and donated it to a nonprofit factory that makes natural wigs for people that suffer from cancer and chemical therapies. Give that comment a thumbs up, so that other people read it, and maybe inspire someone to donate as well.
I also don't have this struggle anymore and I wish the girl who wears my hair's wig to be blessed :)

It was pretty weird and my friends all thought so too, but I'm just glad I could make someone happy. It's good to know I'm the not alone in my endeavour.

I am glad I have a faux hawk so I don't have to deal with this. I donated my hair in 2018 and it's been 5 years of freedom. I would get such bad headaches and my neck would cramp from the pain of the weight of my hair. Never going back.

@a basketboy s ur right!.i used to have very long hair that reaches to my knees .My mom used to cut it every month and also it's hard to comb my hair in the morning.bcoz of my hair I'm getting late to school .So my mom cut it and made it shorter .Now my hair reaches only to the top of my thighs.And it takes a long time to wash and dry my hair still.lol😂
