It seems to me after seeing this that Charlie didn’t like the fact that Mike wasn’t mesmerized by him like everyone else was and felt as though if he was leaving the dinner he couldn’t have anymore control.

I wasn't doing drugs... I wasn't naked.... ya I decided to have a shower half way through a party....
an interesting point was how he witnessed Charlie's "you can't leave the group" bit. Manson must have been a very imposing figure. I've met a few in my lifetime, these crazy lifetime jail guys. They could stab you or worse at any minute. I completely understand people being afraid of him-and how he got his ragtags to commit horrific crimes. He also played the 'save the earth" card which was his passive-aggressive method of control for the masses he was dealing with.

Sounds like he didn’t like the fact that he wasn’t mesmerized by him like everyone else was.
Strange part of the story is that he "took a shower" at the house where he was a guest of the dinner party. Who does that. It's like Paul taking off his shoes because he had to walk on the street and it was so hot outside. Odd details that don't make sense.
Yeah, that makes no sense at all, Manson was pimpin these girls, especially to celebrities, sounds like he was trying to "shower" off the evidence before he went home, and sneak out without paying, that's probably why Manson confronted him and told him you're not leaving without paying, and he conveniently left that part out...

I’m sure the endless parties at Dennis’ house will be at least referenced but I highly doubt that Mike Love will be included since he (wisely) didn’t partake in any of those shenanigans. If he had known what the deal was on Manson before he went over there I would bet dollars to doughnuts he would’ve passed on it.

No and im glad he didnt, but thats not to say this wouldnt be a good idea for a movie in the future. The movie was more focused on fictional characters with Tate as the overarching main character. Didnt have many lines, but we all knew it was her story. The movie felt like Pulp Fiction, but told in order, it was 3 separate stories that all came together by the 3rd act.
tarantino had his own demons to contend with, the epstein flight logs.

Actually Charles Manson sold the song to Dennis.
He recorded at Brian Wilson's house, but those recordings havent been heard publicly. Brian's got them on lockdown or destroyed

why does everyone hate mike love? he was an incredible vocalist back then and sang in a style that was totally unique at the time, no one had ever sung in the CA accent. People dont seem to be aware of this.

"Knowing" the Beach Boys was all Charlie had. I don't think anyone knew just how much he not only wanted, but demanded, a record contract, as well as how violent he could get when miffed. When he got snubbed Charlie got furious and went on a drug induced vengeance spree. It's as simple as that. He thought he was clever enough to get his wayward stoned follows to do his dirty work under the name of some wacky cause. Of course that didn't work out to well for him.

Manson never stood down on his claim that the beach boys stole one of his songs. He was a nut case, even if his claim was true he wasn't gonna get far with it anyways. Manson would have been better off not even stepping foot in Hollywood. Sadly his beginnings were just as bad as his endings, and he never could overcome it.
