My daughter is 33 years old. She's 4'11, small waist, large hips and I make most of her clothes. If I could get through half the items you make for your daughter, my daughter wouldn't be able to contain herself. Your daughter is a very lucky young lady.

This is such a fun collection of clothes for your daughter! I'd like to hear her little shriek when she comes in and sees it all on laid out on her bed! It reminds me of when my sisters and I all got together and sewed in the summertime when we were in our teens! My daddy got us all sewing machines, and then told us, "Now your mother won't have to be sewing for you!" There were 4 of us girls, so I'm sure she was glad for a little break!
I made my daughter two outfits for her birthday. One to wear on her birthday (galena dress from little lizard king) and then one to wear on her party day. The summer caye shorts and the itch to stitch tank. It’s so much fun to sew for our kids.

Perspectives are funny. When we are driving, we say " it boring, its just buildings and city or towns." Then we get to the farm land we think it's a lot more interesting to look at.
I do have some back videos that talk about that more. I've been using the Everyday Style Seasonal Capsule Wardrobes lately as a framework for me to plan out my wardrobes. It's been a huge help!
What a lovely collection! I went on a pattern buying spree last weekend and now I have a stack of fabric waiting to be cut for my 20 year old. Lots of shorts, crop tops and sundresses that will definitely take me a lot more time to get put together. I am so impressed with how much you got done so quickly!
AMAZING! My Mum always sewed for me and she was a fabulous sewer too. I always felt very lucky. I think your daughter always looks so happy in anything you make her.

Oh, digital classes would be amazing! I shall be looking forward to those. I'd love to take your shirt class, but as I live in the UK, it's not possible, particularly at the present time when planes keep getting cancelled at short notice! By the way, I finished my Wanderlust dress, the FBA worked fine with the drawing pin and eraser technique. I do need to take in the dress at the hips, but otherwise it's great and all due to your encouragement, so thank you.
After all that sewing I hope she has a list of chores for the rest of the summer as payment! lol jk!! What we do because we love our kids right? Everything looks great, can't wait to see them on her!
