As he mentions the deaths of husband and wife, it reminds me of my parents. My mother passed away and we went to the cemetry to find place for her. The worker at the graveyard showed us one place, but my father didn't like it, he asked for a better place out of his love for my mother and we found another place nearby. Three weeks later, my father passed away, and there was no place available near my mother's grave, except the one initially rejected by my father. So, my father didn't know that the place he was not accepting was in fact his own grave where he would be buried three weeks later. May Allah have Mercy on all of us.
As a person from another country who is involved in the same work, I can say I can't remember seeing or meeting a more genuine human being. May Allah increase him and almost keep his intentions pure.
We buried the wife of my uncle last month..it was a suden death she was not sick..then after six days we buried our ancle he came to attend the funeral..not sick too..then after six days we buried my mother..died on shahada ..she was buried next to her family...and another one who came to for the funeral of my mother...it was the biggest reality check of my life my Allah give my mum Janah..and all my family❤
SubhanAllah! I literally just came back from conducting a ghusl for my children’s grandma and this video shows up! Allah yarhamha! Alhumdolillah I’ve been doing this work voluntarily for several decades. Every word this brother says is literally how I would describe this noble duty of ghuslal mayyit & janaza. I truly consider it an honor of my life to be chosen by Allah for this . May Allah accept this brother’s service to his community. Allah bless us all with Husnul Khatima. Ameen Ya Rabb!

I would just sit for days just listening to him . I know we live in a world so dark and sinister, for me this gentleman has brought a shining light of warmth and comfort to this world. I salute you and Brother.

SubhanAllah, this podcast really highlights the beauty of our Deen in how we honor the deceased. I found myself crying multiple times as it’s such a powerful reminder of the importance of preparing for our akhirah (hereafter). May Allah guide us all and make it easy for us when our time comes.
My dad passed away in March of this year. I don’t have it in me to go to his grave yet (the only time I was able to go was during his burial). I can’t even look into the box that is filled with his clothes, medication and everything he used. I can’t look at his pictures or videos.
