I quit the parks 4-5 months ago because my union renegotiated and made a terrible deal and I have no faith that Iger is going to turn things around. Everyone who works in the parks (8+ years) thinks Iger is going to be some sort of savior even when they keep cutting hours. I really think Chapek got shafted. Old employees remember the good times from 2011-2016 but then things went kinda flat. Anyone who worked there after 2016 kinda gets that Iger is not that amazing but the older employees are brainwashed and give false hope to new employees.
I can't help but wonder if Disney would be in a better place today if Michael Eisner had never been booted out of the company, and if he had remained the CEO to this day.

There is already one, I have good memories of it but I watched it more than 10 years ago so…
