Me too.. but my coordination is so bad that an aerobics class teacher once told me to seriously consider another form of exercise.
These two, Sophie and Thomas are the best I have ever seen. They not only are having fun but they have perfect timing . I love watching them .

Now Sophie & Thomas always appear to be so happy and content on the dance floor yet in this piece Sophie & Thomas appear to be having the best time of their lives. 😁😊 And that Joy is contagious. I have a big goofy ear to ear smile whenever I watch them perform.

Is it just me .. don't they look like they are having so much fun on that dance floor? Honestly, I want to experience the same.. these 2 make a great team, they pull you in. And for the lady dancer, Sophie, your body is enviable, perfect..
It’s very fun, it’s an upbeat dance style.
Think I’ve done this type of dance before but I’m not 100% sure, just never lifts or crazy jumps.

I can't dance now because I'm disabled. But my dad and my stepmother dance up a storm. My father was a quiet man who was more of a Hands-On Builder Electronics type of guy. But when he got on that dance floor with her, it was unbelievable! When they did teach myself and my step sister oh, you're right it is heaven. We didn't learn a whole lot but when we danced it was the music flowing through our entire body.

How can one NOT comment on this dance? All considered, it's as wonderfully fun and expert as any dance I've seen since I've been a regular viewer. Years! Maybe a decade. More than that, Thomas and Sophie have distinguished themselves as top of the line performers. On a personal level, I LUV watching them dance. Clever and bright, talented and skilled. Thomas is a masculine, good looking man. And Sophie? Heart be still, she's a feather on the floor, so light on her feet.. And beautiful. And (apologies Thomas!) sexy X10! **sigh** Ha!!
