I will be doing a Sword Beach animation in the future so yes :) But the roadmap is after I finish The Battle of Budapest, I will be animating The Battle of Ia Drang (Vietnam War) Then I will be filming The Battle of Monte Cassino and The Vienna Offense. And after those I hopefully will be animating Sword Beach.
Where do you get your soundeffects from? What FPS do you use? And what camara do you use? Please, I want my animations to improve. This left me speachless...
Thanks man it means a lot that you enjoyed the (TEASER) I use 12 fps, I previously used 15, but I lowered because my previous films were a bit too fast. I use a Cannon EOS Rebel T7 to take photos. I get my stock sounds from Epidemic Sound, and most guns shots and battle sounds by downloading movie clips and sounds from games like, escape from tarkov, insurgency sandstorm, Cod MW19, Saving Private Ryan, The Pacific, Band of Brothers and Generation War :)
Thanks bro! Yeah I noticed I used a bit too much blood even if they were shot in the arm in my previous films. So I only add more if they are shot in major arteries to make it a bit more real :)
The camera shake in these scenes are all practical, I move the camera up 1 frame very slightly and back down 1 frame slowly. For explosions or big impacts I move the camera up pretty high for 1 frame then back down 2 frames :)
@@tinmanproductions372 While I was animating my stopmotion "Battleship" like a minute ago. I struggled with moving the camra smoothly and walking characters and lighting for specific shots and trying to make it look like yours :) I wasn't succesful :(
@@StrikeHead For doing a traditional camera pan left or right, start by gradually moving each frame a little more. Start with a very small camera movement for frame 1 and then a little more for the next 3 frames. After that move the camera a larger amount for the next couple frames and then to smoothly get it to slow down, slowly make smaller movements again until it’s stopped where you want it. If you want a motion blurred fast camera pan, start with minimal spacing only for 2 frames then move the camera much further ahead and shake the camera left and right this should make the photo extremely blurry so it looks like a fast transition, do this for at-least 2 frames. And then gradually make smaller movements again. For the best lighting possible get 3 desk lamps and search on youtube 3 point lighting strategy, the videos that come will explain perfectly how to light you set/character. And for walk cycles there are many tutorials on them from other animators but if you would like to learn mine which is almost the same as most animators, I would be glad to make a tutorial on it in the future :)
@@StrikeHead When there’s no battle and just non fighting scenes I use a digital shake effect in Hitfilm Pro. But in this teaser and in battle scenes it’s practical, I raise the camera slightly 1 frame and back down the next. But for explosions or impacts I raise the camera greatly for 1 frame and ease back down with 2 frames :)
Thank you bro! I’m not sure when it will premiere because I’ve only got a little over half done, but I always keep you guys updated with posts on the community page with the progress I’ve made :)
Ngl I my run cycles are so inconsistent I use like three different one and mix them together sometimes. But maybe I will upload one after I finish Part 3 :)
Thanks man! They are custom but I didn’t make them, I bought them from a random seller on eBay and got 10 of them for $50. I would recommend surfing eBay to find great deals and obscure figures like these, it’s generally where I get most of my figures anyways :)
Holy smoke dude this looks amazing so far
Thank you, Jed :)
This is the most action full scene that my brain can not comprehend
