Fairly certain the definition of a hard counter is when even bad players can beat good players with a comp. Jungle, Ret/DK/Warr/Feral comps vs RMP for example, which is extremely hard for the RMP to win, doesnt matter if its 2-300 rating below.

Think that was the first game of the sesh where I forgot glyph of evo. Likely had Barrier glyph
