I grew up in Reisterstown and know Owings Mills well (lived in Cascade Overlook when I went through a divorce many years ago). Here to help and enjoy your Holidays!

I’m declaring total bullshit on Roland park the most expensive neighborhood in Baltimore there’s riff raff all over why do you think the rich folk send their kids to private schools like Gillman.

HA! Roland Park is actually Top 7 for Luxury Homes in Baltimore and Guildford is #1. The rich folk send their kids t schools like Gilman because they can and it’s worth every penny.

No place is safe in the city. I lived there from 57-98 in locust point. local was blown away at fort and lawrence walking home from work. leave the state. it turned into a rat hole.

Nah…not true at all. Every. Urban city in America has challenges and Baltimore’s no different. Strides have been made and there’s multiple billion dollar projects taking place. Baltimore is NOT solely the urban city, it’s also about the 5 counties surrounding it and they’re great places to live and you know it. Where did you move to?

With all due respect , You're walking around with blinders on. The city sold its soul back during the Schafer administration. Back room politics dictates who run's the city. The challenges you mention were self inflicted and the taxpayer pays for it. Public education within the city is a failure. dwindling essential service under staffed. The city would pay out of towner's to come in and cut, cut, cut. Too much to explain here but you are wrong Sir.@@marylandhousingmarket

Please...no blinders here and I live & breathe Baltimore & the Greater Baltimore every day. Very few know about the back room politics of Schaefer, so you're well informed from once upon a time. You're right on about education and you'll love my video launching today at 530 PM about Why People Are Leaving Baltimore. 25 years ago since you strolled Locust Point and it would blow you away with what they developed in that area of South Baltimore. $5 Billion project at The Baltimore Peninsula right around the corner is the epicenter for cybersecurity on the East Coast...no blinders here. Come back and check out our O's in the Spring (on me)!

They can put 10 billion to work but it's not going to stop having a punk blow your brains out at a red light at Harbor Place. You may think that town is turning around. The sooner you come to the reality that certain businesses owns that town. You can make the correct decision. Locust Point is NOTHING like it use to be. You sell the concept of yesteryear in your sales pitch of today. It doesn't work. You may full a stranger to town but not a native@@marylandhousingmarket
