Read the ingredient list from Dominoes , Papa John's , etc. , research them and you will feel disgusted . Also making your own homemade pizza is a wonderful experience ! If you have a self cleaning oven you can get it up to the appropriate temperature by removing the safety latch ... at least years ago it made the oven go up to about 1,000 degrees .
