Okay, so far it's been confirmed that Gar can transform into a tiger, a snake, a bat, some sort of cephalopod (hinted), a gorilla, a velociraptor, and an armadillo.
1:27 i was thought this is the counterpart of Swamp Thing 's The Green power (associated with plants, vegetation). The Red power is associated with land Animals. The Red can be accesed by individuals like Animal Man, Vixen, Beast Boy, Killer Croc, Weasel, and Man-bat, any metahuman with animal genetic power
here is the list of DC's Parliament of Earth and individuals who can acces those powers

No it's magic related. In the comics there's the parliament of the green that gives Swamp Thing and Ivy there powers. The Parliament of red is where animal heroes like Beast boy, Animal man, Vixen and Bwanna Beast get there powers from.
I think in the season 4 finale, we will see his transformations.

the thing that makes hese scene good is now they think that the transformations are cause he convenientley turned into a new animal as he got put into the trans when it was actually the dark magic, so now itll add tension and unease when he transofrms next, im hyped to see it

Titans is the most frustrating show to watch. But biggest problem is Conner; it is pointless to have him on this show, Conner can solve 90% of all the problems by himself and he is miss used. Gar turned into a gorilla.. OK Conner can easily hold him down it does not make sense.
