I messaged the company and they told me that they do not have an Amazon store. Just thought I would share. I also sent them the screenshot of the Amazon page and they said it was a fake and the wigs are not from their company.

I just want to say thank you for taking the time to not only read the comments but to truly care about your followers experiences. I have about 12 wigs from ISEE hair and have only had a problem one time (badly bleached knots) and I returned the wig without any issues at all and never had a problem again. However, ISEE hair are spitting these wigs out like water so I can see this happening but grateful for their customer service and for you! Especially since consumer are purchasing these wigs because of how they look on influencers. You are the best! Stay humble, Be blessed and again THANK YOU :)

@delishiousdishesbyyolanda6301 I'm really curious on the quality of the hair. Is it long lasting? My current wig can last for over 1.5 years, with regular wearing. Little to no tangles, no shading. How long does their hair last would you say?

After I wear my wigs I wash & condition them and place them in a wig bag (hanger and all....lol) But yes I've only had one problem and after contacting them it was immediately resolved. I have purchased wigs for 3 other "high traffic" wig dealers but always come back to ISEE Hair.
If you “ghost buy”, do you use the same address associated with your influencer name? If so, that could be the reason your wigs look good. If you do a poll on your channel I’d say at minimum 75% of people have gotten thin, trash wigs from various brands promoted by wig influencers here on YT. But I respect you for caring.

My issue with these wigs is the shedding. The wigs look awesome, density is fine all that but they shed like a shaved cat! I have two of them and the hair comes out in clumps in the front. I don't even wear the wigs like that so it's a issue. It's not regular shedding that happens with curly hair. If I wore them like that I'm sure they would be bald in the front and I've only had them a couple months.
I totally agree. Isee hair prices are only good for short term wig wearing. Week vacation etc…. Bought 2 and both look like a synthetic mess after a few months. 🤷🏾♀️

I didn't see where she blamed Mary, she just stated her experience. I myself have bought wigs that were very different than what a creator was given. Its literally the reason Mary is kind enough to do ghost buys.

how did she make it her problem by voicing her experience? that's not how that works. now, if she had demanded Mary to respond, that's a different story. Hey Cuzin....Things happen, so all she had to do was reach out, and ask for another one etc.
I bought a wig from them in October and the closure was balding after the 1st wash.
They overbleach the knots. I'm in a huge " Wigslayers" group on Facebook and it's a common complaint.
Then I had to pay for a closure/frontal to replace the balding one on the wig I had ( still haven't) never worn.
They gave me a discount, but I still had to spend $75 more.
Then they sent a non hd frontal ! Thick, white, chalky lace, that my super light skinned self couldn't use.
So I had to send it back.
Finally got the replacement frontal ( they didn't have a closure the size /length of the original wig)
So I spent extra $ and additional time running back and forth to Fed Ex and had to remove the old closure and attach the new frontal.
I'm happy for those that aren't getting these balding wigs. 😂

I actually really like isee hair but I’ve only used their headband wigs or bundles. I just recently turned my Afro kinky curly headband wig from them into a drawstring half wig! Had this wig for months and it’s still going strong

Ngl, I had the same experience with the same wig as the cuz who made it known! Sadly just wetting the hair had it coming off the lace in clumps. I still wear it because it’s a beautiful wig I just have to heavily use coverups to hide the balding. I just passed it off as the type of style the wig is but I hate how it shed. It even sheds from the lace by just putting it on deliberately.

You know what might have happened? These fake companies are really good at pretending to be the real company and giving sub par product. I always go into my trusted influencer’s video and purchase from the link inside the video for just that reason.

I bought one from Isee hair it was nice but a little to full for me when it dried so I used my shear thinners cut it down and thinned it out now its better for me. Im old school so the big hair im not into. I had to put a little work in it wasnt a throw on and go like some people advertise. Actually I've never bought a wig that I didnt have to put some type of work into but it eventually wo4ked out for me😊
I love your channel sis. However, I purchased the M cap 4x6 closure wig from ISEE that you made a video on back in September and within less than a month I washed it and right after I had to throw it away due to the closure going bald. Every time I put water on it, it would shed excessively.

I love your videos! I’ve bought three wigs from isee one for my daughter and two diff textures for myself. For a first time user the mcap is sooooo much easier to learn and wear. To help with the shedding I bought a unbrush and that helps but I have a hard time with tangles in my curly wig. Any suggestions would be really appreciated ❤

I'm fighting with the company right now. I received a 9 / 6 inch waterwave wig pre pluckedpre bleached wig that is so thin i don't know how it made it past inspection. At request, I sent them photos of my unit. The difference is ridiculously obvious. After two weeks of going back and forth explaining why the ad for the water Wave wig was a misrepresentation of its density They offered to sell me a single bundle to add to my wig myself. What a dam insult? If i'm purchasing a beginner, wear and go, what would make them think that I have the skill set or time to add tracks to the wig they sent me? I've already spent over $350 with this company on this wig and can't wear it.

I have problems cutting wigs around my ears. I don't know if it's because my ears are small or what, but I nearly have to cut 2 or 3 braids off for braid wigs and a good amount off with plain straight hair units. Then I feel my units don't sit right on my head. Any suggestions?😢
