Hi LIORA , mazel tov !! So happy for you all. As you know I’m a dental hygienist , and dental pain and pregnancy gingivitis is normal for pregnant woman. It has a lot to do with the increased surge of hormones in the body from the pregnancy. Do not let anyone do a root canal on you. Make sure you floss everyday throughly and continue with the peroxide rinses. And brushing morning and before bed. I also recommend a rubber tip , although they look like nonsense but have tremendous value

Tifs. I actually had a root canal years ago, and no more! Also a cap on top. (I think it was a cap, but I’m not sure.) Anyways $4,000 later, my tooth fell out. (I saved the tooth in my jewelry box lol 😂) I’m not gonna lie. It did last 5 years. But...No more root canals for me. (Everyone needs to do their own research before making their own decision cuz everyone is different.) I’m so HAPPY for Liora! We are all missing her, and wondered what happened to her. God Bless her and her beautiful family! ❤

I was D7MBEST PREGNANT WOMAN NOT ONCE BUT TWICE😂😂😂 my first found out at 5mons cuz my mom made me take pregnancy test. I was told i coukdnt have kids i had severe PCOS..anyways had a healthy baby boy in 2008. Then 16mon later had my daughter and with her i found out in Oct had her in Dec. No sickness ect. And both kids were over 7lbs .i didnt show with my 2nd til after i found out

I had lots of heartburn with my pregnancy. What helped me was eating a handful of sunflower seeds whenever I felt the heartburn coming on.
Sounds crazy, but it really did work!

Hi...for the burn in the throat (heartburn) eat green olives...when I was pregnant I did not want to have medications and a gastrenterologist told me to eat olives and if you are feeling a lot of the heartburn drink a little bit of the olive water.

I loved being preggers. I've had 4 miscarriages. The last one had be in labour for an entire week. So I don't want to be pregnant again cuz I can't go through losing another pregnancy, the pain as well as the emotional anguish...even though I'm still as broody as well. I have 2 kids. I wish u all the best... 💜💚

I'm eager to have children in the future, but I do sometimes fear of getting morning sickness and the labor delivery. Mazel Tov! ❤ Ginger chews, ginger drinks especially the ginger shots they sell in the produce section of the store helped me so much with the acid reflux. If you have access to a pool that helped me alleviate the foot pain when i was pregnant. 🙂
Its pregnant season. My daughter is 36 weeks! Yes I agree Oct is the perfect month. & clothing for babies for winter is so cuteee. I love the little zip up infant seat covers. We are in FL, shes due in July so we wont need one. We have nobody to help. Im a one man crew, raising 4 teens and going to be a G-ma. My daughter was on birth control but was sick, throwing up a lot so it was not effective I guess.

I had terrible heartburn with both pregnancies. I could only eat really bland stuff and even water sometimes gave me the burn. I felt like I was breathing fire!!!

Congratulations!! You are going to do great the second time around. With my second I also hadn't lost all the weight from the first and was the heaviest I had ever been and developed plantar fascitis. Ouch. There are daily feet exercises you can do to strengthen those muscles. Keep a bottle of water in your freezer, and on bad days just roll your foot on it. That helps a lot!!
