Assalamualaikum. Hello everyone. By the end of 2020, I decided untuk post video my acne journey ni. Rasa syukur sangat dengan muka sekarang setelah struggle untuk dapat muka free from acne. Sangat painful ya cystic acne. Nak cuci muka pun sakit.
Video ni haritu buat waktu awal bulan 12, tapi banyak doubt so tak teruskan edit hahah. Now dah yakin untuk post.
Oh btw, 3 bulan tu untuk hilang jerawat je tau bukan scars. scars ambil masa dalam 5 bulan juga. Tu pun tak 100% lagi. And skincare kat atas tu yang saya pakai tau. Tak semestinya sesuai dengan korang. Buat patch test dulu. Kalau sesuai baru teruskan. Ada orang pakai skincare sikit ja pun dah okay. Rujuk dengan orang yang lagi arif. Yang penting, back to basic. Cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen.

Pernah lalui perkara yang sama dulu. Orang cakap macam2 pasal skin dulu but now alhamdulillah officially acne free. Naik satu dua ketul je every month bila period. To those yang experience severe acne, dont give up. You will heal

Been struggling with acnes since 15, last year it was cleared but somehow it’s breaking out again 😣 on my first week of accutane hopefully things will get better

For those yg ada masalah breakout, kalau dh ikhtiar mcm² skincare, please direct pegi klinik pakar kulit. At least awak boleh release masalah awak.
Tips dia :-
1- Stop current skincare yg awak guna
2- Minum air secukupnya utk hydrate badan
3- Stop makan makanan yg oily terutama bergoreng
4- Avoid fast food and dessert yg terlampau manis

Hai I am not fully understand the progression. Maksudnya treatment pergi consult makan ubat kat kilinik tu ke yang sepenuhnya membantu sampai sembuh dan hilang jerawat dan acne scars? Or treatment hanya utk purging hilang jerawat and skincare utk fade the scars? Muka I takda breakout teruk cuma bila berjerawat tu acne scars susah betol nak hilang even setahun pon, pakai product ordinary still tak jalan sudah habis berbotol-botol

Cantik nya your skin 😍 i pon pernah breakout, sbb pakai oil cleanser biore. Pastu srsly, i down teruk.. I breakout dalam 2 minggu, tiba2 jerawat naik banyak.. Mungkin i alergik kot, im not sure.. Then i pakai topicil tu, srs talk, mmg sangat2 berkesan. Love gile, dalam seminggu dah kurang jerawat nya and jerawat i time tu jenis pustule, x silap i la..
