I’m a noob so where do we put the file? In the v rising folder?
@@Zues_007 in the host page there's a "go to directory" button, create a new world and open this folder, delete other save files and put this in, there you go.

@@Atexmplar Sorry still lost with this. Is this only available to download for renting servers or can be used via 'private game' Can't find anywhere with this as you've described.

Hi, your castle are incredible. I repeated the construction :) And although I have a limit of 800 slots on a common server, the castle turned out incredible. I really love this castle and it makes my game even more interesting. ❤

So many cool ideas I would've never thought of! So glad you did this spot because I was struggling making the entrance work. such a awkward entrance! How did you manage to place all the path like that, whenever i try, they just automatically jump around

Great job! I really liked your idea of using stairs as a façade decoration. I've been watching a lot of castle tours lately and haven't seen such an idea anywhere.

Isn't 800 the maximum? Or did you leave 131 tiles undeveloped, at ground level, but added them to the total area early?
you'll have to modify a server setting file if you want to break the limit, like up to 1200 tiles.

6 in total, but there's a natural high ground, so you may consider as 7 stories

@@Atexmplar Thanks! Great tips! Still can't get paths to overlap though :(. In this build you have the paths on the edge of the normal grid. I really like this so started to try to add it to my build, but can't seem to get it working (on cross sections, for example in the first 2 minutes where you show the chapel
@@MJTeh1 unfortunately paths can't overlap each other, if you look closer they were two different paths that just been placed seamlessly.

nice build, how did you manage to plant fireblossom in the garden hex planters? I can only seem to plant them within growing plots
there're growing plots underneath, the flower will be lifted to the planter height, another "feature" I guess

hey! first of all...really cool castle, a masterpiece in terms of creativity alone, not to mention the furnishings. i'm trying to take a couple of things as inspiration, but i'm coming up against an obstacle. for example, how did you build the second floor of “the baptistery” at the beginning without stairs? i can't manage it somehow. it won't release the floor connection :((
it's built on transparent floors that come from the academy side

I have a question, I'm a newbie v rising player. I have no experience with these building games. Do you build such huge castles all on your own or do many people build it together? Because collecting materials and everything takes soooo much time, and when I see one of these castles, the number of decor and paintings, windows, everything, is it a single person making it?
I did it on my own, you can set the server to no build cost so it won't take too long to finish

Did you move the graves post summon of your soulchained minions, or did you just finagle them into place the hard way?
I found out every minion spawn with an origin patrol point, which means moving the graves is the only option

How were you able to get the garden paths to work? For me, they seem to snap into certain places or are to long for me to place.

I built castles in a private server, so no regularly wipe out. But if it has to, then yes, everyone need try from scratches, like the 1.0 released.
There's a possibility of a world download? I really want to use this as main lobby in my server!

how do you keep the banshee in place without it porting to the tomb?
Every minion spawn with an origin patrol point, which means you have to place the tomb in where you want to keep then move the tomb away.

This video captures exactly what V Rising 1.0 has become today. An impressive, grandiose and luxurious role-playing & castle building game with lots of cosmetic DLCs, appealing to the vampire RP community. Because if you think about its PvP, mechanics, utter crap skill tooltips, bugged interactions, sub-optimized graphics, server availability, lackluster end-game loop leading to abrupt server deaths and next-to-zero developer preoccupation with nurturing a healthy PvP community, it is an absolute dogshit of a project and you're much better off by just uninstalling -- nobody from SLS listens to you anyway.
