I am happy to hear that you appreciate the videos and hope that they can help even just few people out. I made this one after a personal friend told me that he did not change is over do tire because he thought is was to difficult without some special factory tool. He was surprised to hear that the hub comes apart. He had no problem after i explained the process.

When replacing the inner tube, sprinkle a little talc powder inside the tire and use a paper towel to spread/coat the inside of the tire. Dust a little on the inner tube and rub a light coat over the whole inner tube. Slipping the tube into the tire will be easier, and when inflating the tire the tube won't get twisted in the tire. Add a little air first, bounce the tire, deflate and then pump up to final pressure. Same as you would when repairing bicycle inner tube.

OMG!!! Wish I would have seen this about how to get the rear sprocket straight because I didn't even think about it. I thought something was wrong because it was a little loud after a tire and tube replacement but I also replaced the chain tensioner spring so I thought it was just that. Ended up grinding the teeth off the front motor sprocket and costing me $110 to replace the rear and front sprockets, chain, and the chain tensioner 😭 but I get my parts tomorrow 😉can't wait to ride again. I LOVE MY GOPED ESR1000H

Huh?…..You need to first let all the air out of the tire, then remove the 4 bolts that hold the rim halves together so they can be pulled apart. The tire's bead on the rim may have a tight grip on the rim and may be keeping them together so get the wheel wet, lay the wheel flat on the ground as you step on the side wall of the just the tire to break the bead.

How to tune a wheel? Tuning an engine should be left to the experts. I have seen a lot of good engines go bad from people thinking they can do there own engine tuning. There are a lot of little things one should understand that a video just would help with. It's like watching open heart surgery. You can see how to do it but without the proper medical knowledge and training your in for big trouble if you try it yourself.
