hey for the jaegerndorfer models how did you get the gondalas to work. whenever I try to attach them its to heavy and it doesnt work properlly. Anyways great video!
The gondolas are relatively heavy for the JC lifts, so your best option is to increase the tension. This will allow the gondolas to work without derailing.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to them- the 3d printed components were request manufactured elsewhere and shipped to me. Much of the lift was made by modellseilbahndw.com
The Chondola was removed in 2021 due to ice damage to the bottom terminal and lack of use- it may be put back in operation this winter by someone else, though.
I love this! I need one at my house
Hello I’m trying to make a ski lift for a school project do you have any suggestions for like 3d print or how to make anything?
I would say if you have a 3d printer, that’s the easiest way to make a lift.
@@NortheasternP.T.S. or legos
Looks amazing!
Thats a sick park you added in. How many lifts do you have now with the addition of that triple?
Thanks! Last year the chondola was removed, so the lift count has stayed the same, at two. For a brief period last year, it was three.
Looks awesome! Where did you get that Pistenbully? My model ski resort is slowly growing as I 3D print my express chair.
Thanks! Pistenbully is from Jägerndorfer collection
@@emdd Thanks! Is the blade height adjustable, or is it either up or down?
@@warrens9483 it’s adjustable, although the range (up or down) isn’t huge
Where do you get the models for 3D printing
How much snowfall over the season?
Last season was relatively low, maybe 100 inches. This past winter we received more, however it often made running the lifts impossible.
How much did this cost?
very cool
Where do you get these models?
Mostly manufactured by modellseilbahndw.com , although a few parts self made.
@@emdd Thanks!
Very good
nice ski lifts ;)

@@emdd how do you recomend doing that?
@@deciml604 Just move your terminal back.
@@NortheasternP.T.S. Tgere as far back as they can go and it still derails. Mabey the elevation?
😍😍
nice!
are all your parts 3d printed? i also live in Vt
The chairs, sheaves, and bottom station are the 3D printed parts.
How much did all of this cost?
Not sure, it cost more in time than money. Maybe $1,000 over a few years?
@@emdd that’s cool. How much was one lift? I’m looking into buying
@@ThatKidNextDoor This lift, with all costs considered, was probably around $600, but that’s also because I made the pylons
how can i get the 3d print files

What happened to the third and oldest ski lift? If you watch 20/21 highlights, it’s there but not in this one. Anyway COOL!
