- In today's video, we will teach you how to fix an OC light inverter welding machine in Hindi/Urdu language with full details. We will discuss the possible reasons for an OC light fault and the solution. During welding, after 1 or 2 sparks the red-colored OC light turns and the machine stops working. We will check this welding machine with a multimeter and a bulb with attached probes.
Usually, burnt or short IGBTs and double diodes are the common reason behind oc light problems but in this welding machine these both are ok and there is a fault in the control card. Let's find out where the fault is and how to fix it.

Mere paas bhi is say thoray milta julta igbt waala inverter welder jiska display max 315 amp tak show karta hai.
Us may masla yay aarha hai kay welding start kartay waqt aisa mehsoos hota hai jaisay kay inverter start par power proper nahi de rha.
Baaz okaat aisay hota hai kay welding rod ko welding waala point par touch karnay say bilkul zara sa spark hota hai aur rod chipak jaata hai.
Laikin kuch daffa aisa honay kay baad Welding rod Kaafi zor ka spark maarta hai aur zabardast kisam ka weld karna shuru kar deta hai.
Kis cheez ka fault ho sakta hai?
aagay iskay igbt sarr gaye thay khareednay kay use karnay kay chand minute baad hi.
Total 8 igbt hain usmay.
Mainay igbt change kardiyay thay khud hi aur koi cheez short ya sarri hui trace nahi hui thi.

Ampere mai taqreeban 40 45 kay darmayan rakhta hoon.
60 65 amp par 12 no. ka j38 bhi yehi masla show karta hai.
